الملخص

مقدمة: اللوكيميا (سرطان الدم) هي ورم خبيث يصيب الجهاز الدموي، وتعد من المشاكل الصحية العامة. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد نمط اللوكيميا وتوزعيها الديموغرافي بين المرضى البالغين (أكبر من 15 سنة) في مركز الأورام بمستشفى الجمهوري بمدينة صنعاء، اليمن لعام 2021.

​المناهج والأساليب: دراسة وصفية استرجاعية قائمة على مراجعة السجلات الطبية لـ 295 مريضاً بالغاً تم تشخيصهم باللوكيميا المستوفية لشروط الإدراج. تم تحليل البيانات ديموغرافياً وجغرافياً وحسب نوع اللوكيميا.

​النتائج: بلغ متوسط عمر المرضى 37 سنة. بلغت نسبة الذكور 55.3% والإناث 44.7%. أظهرت النتائج أن أشكال اللوكيميا توزعت كالتالي:

​سرطان الدم النخاعي المزمن (CML): بنسبة 34.9% (الأنواع الأكثر شيوعاً).

​سرطان الدم النخاعي الحاد (AML): بنسبة 27.8%.

​سرطان الدم اللمفاوي الحاد (ALL): بنسبة 25.1%.

​سرطان الدم اللمفاوي المزمن (CLL): بنسبة 12.2% (الأقل شيوعاً).

​أظهرت الدراسة أعلى نسبة للمرضى القادمين من محافظة إب (13.2%) وأدناها من عدن (0.3%). كما بيّنت النتائج وجود دلالة إحصائية معنوية بين الفئات العمرية ونوع اللوكيميا (p = 0.001)، بينما لم تكن هناك دلالة إحصائية بين الجنس ونوع اللوكيميا (p = 0.3).

​الخلاصة: سرطان الدم النخاعي المزمن (CML) هو النوع الأوفر انتشاراً بين البالغين المترددين على المركز، بينما يمثل (CLL) النسبة الأقل. تبرز الدراسة أهمية العوامل العمرية والتوزيع الجغرافي لتوجيه خطط الرعاية الصحية والوقاية من السرطان في اليمن.
