The Digital Repository of Scholarly Output (DECS-MCTQ) is the official institutional digital platform of the Deanship of Environment and Community Service and the Medical Center for Training and Qualification at 21 September University of Medical and Applied Sciences. This repository is dedicated to preserving, archiving, and providing open access to environmental studies, community-based field research, medical training and qualification reports, and community outreach projects, alongside the scholarly research and applied contributions of the academic and training staff. DECS-MCTQ aims to enhance the visibility of community-oriented research, support continuing medical education (CME) programs, document development and awareness activities, and foster knowledge sharing to protect the environment, advance the proficiency of healthcare professionals, and meet the society's health and development needs.
